I found it on the web looking for “ubuntu bums” or “ubuntu arses”. Search Google Images with SafeSearch off and you should find it readily enough. Warning: I’ve edited the photo slightly to make it not technically obscene, the versions on the web are generally unedited. And I have no idea where the original image is from.
